We set out to build a castle by the river, and this would not have been possible without the beautiful Gomti lending its banks to us. With the acquisition of
land on both sides of the river bank and the majestic Gomti flowing gently through the property, we had finally found the perfect place to bring
The River Castle to life.
The total project includes a 100-acre spice garden, an organic farm, and a 13.43 acres area earmarked for residential suites and 38 acres for 9-hole Golf Course.
Hence, this project is vast enough to warrant development in multiple phases. At the moment, we are rolling out Phase One,
with two phases to follow. Phase Two and Phase Three are already in the design stage.
The highly anticipated Phase One, the 13.43 acres beginning of the sprawling world that The River Castle will one day become, is now ready to be rolled out,
and we can finally share details with you. We have received the RERA (UPRERAPRJ535719) signal and are, therefore, committed to delivering Phase One by the
end of 2028. We are working at full speed, day and night, to meet these timelines. Our site office is ready in Naimisharanya, where we will take pleasure in
receiving you and sharing more details.
What's coming in Phase One?
When it has fully come to life, The River Castle will be a resort of godly proportions.
Bhoj Palace: We plan to take fine dining to the next level. Bhoj Palace, our one-of-a-kind 900-seater restaurant, is the largest in the
country and is expected to be the newest culinary hotspot. The heart of the sprawling restaurant is its hi-tech kitchen, which spans over
12,000 square feet. Equipped with the latest in commercial kitchens, our chefs will whip up creative and delectable dishes customized to your
dietary specifications.
Tapasya:Tapasya, meaning austerity, is a divine meditation zone at The River Castle, designed to immerse visitors in the spiritual and architectural grandeur of ancient India. Tapasya offers meditation, Vedic wisdom, and healing - with Spa Shant Chitta as its spa sanctuary.
ShantChitt: As a part of Tapasya, ShantChitt is where you can opt for a variety of relaxing massages and body treatments using purely organic oils, scrubs, and wraps. You can also
avail of the detox benefits of our steam and sauna baths. ShantChitt also boasts a world-class salon that will help you bring out the glamorous you.
Chalet Aarambh: These are the first independent suites on entering The River Castle. Chalet Aarambh will have 112 suites spread over 13.43 acres.
Each suites in the Chalet Aarambh will have a slew of luxurious amenities, including a swimming pool, a fully modular kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances,
and bathrooms built for pleasure. The cottages will be surrounded
by the lush green jungle alongside the Gomti River.
The suites are designed to not only give you the privacy you are used to but also the peace and quiet you need to unwind and wash away the cares of your everyday routine. So,
if you’re not in the mood to go anywhere or do anything, then just sit back in a lounge chair or float in your personal pool with a refreshing drink in hand.
